Shipping & Return Policy

STANDARD SHIPPING

All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage which estimates arrival within 3-5 business days (US only).  This time frame may vary if USPS is experiencing delays. Tracking information may take 3-5 business days to update once the package has left its original destination.

Tracking is available on all items shipped within the US.  We are not responsible for packages once they’re delivered to the post office.

USPS Priority Mail Express shipping option is available for an additional fee. Priority Maill Express shipments are sent between our office hours of Monday-Thursday. If an order is placed on Friday or a weekend, it will be shipped out the following business day. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Each listing offers International shipping without tracking.  We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 

The USPS free online tracking feature is available for these items sent to Canada, New Zealand, Belgium, Germany, France, Netherlands, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, Israel and Brazil.

Additional tracking information is available upon request for an extra charge.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for products that are unopened or unused. Returns within 90 days of the original purchase date are eligible for a refund. Returns for orders that are older than 90 days are eligible for a store credit.
